2. What about size and color?

The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage or catalogue.

3. What material?

Inflatable games are made by PVC Fabric.

4. Can you print my picture or logo on the products?

Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Core draw.

5. Can you design one specially?

Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

6. What included in products?

It includes inflatable games, blower, kit bag (including the same color’s material, glue), ground sheet.

7. What kind of guarantee you give?

Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. Every Chinee product is carefully and meticulously tested before sent to our
customers to insure that there are no leaks and defects. If it is damaged,
you can use the glue and material to repair it.
Because it is too long distance to ship the goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable product.

8. Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?

Yes, we get CE/UL approval for the blowers. Our games including blower have been exported all over the world like USA,
Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these markets.

10. How do I order?

a. Choose your interested goods, write down the model number;
b. Click on "Order online", fill in the customer info and submit;
c. We will sign a "Order Conformation", send you a scan original copy by e-mail.
2. Order by Fax.

c. we signed and send back to you for confirmation.
3. If special design, please email us for price and order information without hesitation.

11. How do you start the order?

We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of the total payment. When order finished,
we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. Then we will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.

12. How do I pay?

Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

13. Producing time?

Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation.
However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

14. Shipping?

It can be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days.
The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than
USD200.00. Air charge is different for different country.
